SHIPPING POLICY & ORDERING QUESTIONS :

 

1. WHEN WILL MY ORDER SHIP?

  • Almost all new products are listed as pre-orders with an estimated ship date 3-4 weeks after their initial release. These dates are stated specifically on each product page. If a product does not specify a time frame or is listed as leftover/shipping now, it is in stock and will usually ship within 1-2 business days (for local) and 3-4 business days (for international).* If your pre-order item and in-stock altogether, these will NOT be shipped until the pre-order items are available.

 

*Saturday & Sunday are not business days.

 

2. MY ORDER SHIPPED BUT THE TRACKING ISN'T UPDATING, HELP!

  • Sadly, we are not in a position to retrieve or locate your package. If you need help tracking down a package you will have the best luck speaking in person with someone at your delivery Post/Expedition office (unless your order status has been marked as "label created" for over a week but has not been scanned at a Post/Expedition office, please EMAIL us at order@bnayouthofficial.com with your order number so we can figure our what's up.

 

Other than that, you are solely responsible for providing an accurate shipping address and you cannot change shipping information after an order is processed, so PLEASE double check your shipping address. If your package is safely returned to sender, we are happy to re-ship at your expense. Shipping paid on orders returned to sender is non-refundable.

 

3. I DIDN'T GET AN ORDER CONFIRMATION OR TRACKING NUMBER, WHAT SHOULD I DO?

  • First off all, have you checked out spam your massages? Or have you checked out with your partner/roommates/neighbors/friends yet? If that doesn't yield results, well, you will have the best luck tracking down your package by going in person to your delivering Post/Expedition office. They will be able to see the GPS location of the last tracking scan and will help you proceed accordingly.

 

4. DO YOU SHIP TO MY COUNTRY?

  • We do ship wordlwide from Banda Aceh, Indonesia. But at the moment, our website aren't design for International order, so please EMAIL us at order@bnayouthofficial.com if you are from overseas.

 

PLEASE be familiar too with your country's customs tax before ordering and your order may be subject to local import fees on delivery as these aren't taxes duty and prepaid.

 

5. HOW DO I GET FREE SHIPPING?

  • We do not offer free shipping on any order because your order has to get on a plane and fly over a thousands of miles to your country, so it's not free to ship things. It takes lots of labor and resources, and the ubiquity of free shipping hides the labor. That's why we'd rather have our products be more reasonable priced and charge for shipping than build the potential for free shipping into every product cost. But if that's $100+ we can talk ;-)

 

6. HOW MUCH DOES SHIPPING COST?

  • If you're local, shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on order weight and your location via JNE REGULER and if you're overseas will be shipped via EMS POS.

 

7. CAN I EDIT MY ORDER?

  • Once you receive a shipping notification, your order has been processed and cannot be edited. Change your sizes or update your shipping address before your order ships.

 

8. HOW DO I CANCEL MY ORDER?

  • PLEASE JUST DON'T unless it's absolutely necessary or emergencies. Any cancelled are subject to a IDR 18.000 or a $1.00 + 5% of total purchase price cancellation fee due to the payment processing fees we incur.

 

9. ITEMS ARE MISSING FROM MY ORDER, WHAT'S GOING ON?

  • That would be us to blame (who sometimes makes mistakes). Please EMAIL us at order@bnayouthofficial.com within 7 days of delivery.

 

RETURNS & EXHANGES

 

1. WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?

  • If you receive the wrong item, or if your order has a significant misprinting or pre-shipment damage, we will happily make that right ASAP with no additional charge to you. But WE DO NOT ACCEPT RETURNS FOR ANY OTHER REASON. This includes the shirt not fitting you - there are product-specific size charts on every listing, please double check your size before ordering. Items must be in new condition (unworn, unwashed, unopened, unplayed) may be returned PLUS any items returned with cigarette odor will not be refunded. Buyer is responsible for shipping exchanges both ways.

 

  • Claims must be filled within 7 days of the delivery scan or last tracking update. This gives you the best chance of being able to get a replacement.

 

2. WHAT IS YOUR EXHANGE POLICY?

  • No, we strictly apply "FINAL SALE POLICY" which all items in the media category are considered final sale. Please review your order carefully before completing your purchase, as we cannot offer refunds or exchanges once the transaction is complete.

13. CAN I STOCK "bna youth official" STUFF IN MY STORE?

  • Wholesale pricing is available to select independent "Brick & Mortar" businesses. If you are interested in becoming a stockist, please EMAIL us at order@bnayouthofficial.com for a quote.*

14. ARE THESE OFFICIAL MERCH DESIGN?

  • 1,000% officially authorized if not 100%.

 

15. WHY DOESN'T MY SHIRT LOOK EXACTLY LIKE THE ONE ON THE WEBSITE?

  • While i try to represent each shirt as accurately as possible, most of the product images on the site are digital mock-ups. This means color and print dimensions may not exactly match the shirt you receive.

 

16. CAN I GET A SIZE CHART?

  • General SIZE CHART information is available here.

 

17. CAN YOU MARK MY INTERNATIONAL ORDER AS A "gift" OR A LOWER CUSTOMS FEE SO I DON'T GET CHARGED?

  • Unfrotunately customs fees are out of our control. But we will report customs at reasonable rates that are based on the approximate production cost of the item to help ease customs charges on the customers.

 

18. WILL YOU CARRY MY PRODUCTS ON YOUR WEBSTORE?

- Unless you're TURNSTILE or JUSTIN BIEBER, of course we'll make that as an exception!
